The Diphtheria and Tetanus Vaccine (Adsorbed) for Adults and Adolescents I.P. is used to boost immunity against diphtheria and tetanus. It contains reduced diphtheria toxoid and standard tetanus toxoid, adsorbed on aluminum salts to enhance immune response. Administered intramuscularly at a dose of 0.5 mL, it is recommended for individuals aged 10 years and above, including pregnant women. Booster doses are advised every 10 years. The vaccine helps prevent serious complications from these bacterial infections.
