ICARE Eye Hospital & Postgraduate Institute, established in 1993 under the Ishwar Charitable Trust (ICT), has been at the forefront of delivering comprehensive and quality eye care services. Founded by Dr. Sushil Choudhry in memory of his late mother, Smt. Ishwar Choudhry, the hospital is dedicated to making advanced eye care accessible, particularly to underprivileged communities through its extensive outreach programs.
