In 1985, SPYM pioneered the establishment of the first Drug Treatment Centre in North India, marking a significant milestone in addiction treatment. This center adopted a systematic and comprehensive approach to help those struggling with drug addiction, offering tailored support to thousands of individuals over the years. Their model has been recognized for its effectiveness in providing sustainable recovery and rehabilitation services.

Today, SPYM offers both inpatient and outpatient treatment services for Substance Use Disorders among adults throughout India.
