Shivam Surgical & Maternity Centre in East Delhi, founded in 1996, operates a busy obstetrics, gynecology, and fertility department managed by Dr. Bhavana Mittal—an FNB- and FNAMS-qualified specialist in reproductive medicine. The centre is NABH-accredited, ICMR/PNDT-registered, and a rare FEQH/ISAR-certified IVF facility in the region, offering comprehensive assisted reproduction within a multi-specialty hospital setting.

Dr. Mittal earned her MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College and completed DNB in Ob-Gyn and FNB in reproductive medicine at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune. She has served in key ISAR leadership roles at the Delhi state chapter and has trained over 50 gynecologists in advanced ART under ISAR and FOGSI programs. Her expertise extends to embryology lab techniques, surgical sperm retrieval (TESA, MESA, PESA), frozen embryo transfer, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, laser hatching, blastocyst culture, and fertility counseling.

The centre has modern IVF/ICSI labs, high-resolution incubators, cryopreservation systems, and A-grade cleanrooms.
